Order Processing
All orders are processed and fulfilled from our salon location in Orangeville, Ontario, Canada.
Cabelo – The Art of Hair is a Canadian business. All orders placed on cabelohair.com ship from Canada to customers in the United States. We do not operate a United States warehouse or fulfillment center.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to customers located within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to qualifying orders and eligible destinations as specified at checkout.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time to the United States is typically 2 to 8 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing times, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All orders ship from Canada.
Cabelo – The Art of Hair covers applicable customs duties, import fees, and related charges for shipments to the United States. Customers will not be charged additional duties or import fees upon delivery.
If you are contacted by a carrier regarding unexpected import charges, please contact us at support@cabelohair.com before making any payment.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, incorrect address information, or events beyond our control.
If your tracking information shows delivery confirmation but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first and then contact us if further assistance is required.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cabelohair.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will work with the carrier to evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
