This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on cabelohair.com, the United States storefront of Cabelo – The Art of Hair, a business operating from Ontario, Canada.
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@cabelohair.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

The fastest way to receive a different item is to complete the approved return process and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
